The Grand Master

My name is Vikram Aditya. I used to teach Physics to students interested to join IITs or aspiring engineers and scientists at varoius coaching institutes. I worked first as full time faculty member, then I also worked as a part timer even at those institutes whose policies doesn't allow this. Thanks to them for the oppurtunity and I also earned money in the past and some reputation.

But the coachings changed in the meantime and I found myself serving to those people who can afford a certain amount of fee. Then for the first time in life, I understood that I want respect and recognition of the work I am doing, more that the money that I am getting paid. So, I became distracted and now I don't work for any coaching institute.

Though, I qualified for IIT JEE once but it was long time ago and it doesn't matter to me anymore.

I have decided to start class XI students online now for IIT JEE. The course will start from scratch and slowly reach to the ultimate level.

No Plans to stay in coaching business.

Just Putting thousand of Problems on You Tube. Coaching is a thankless job. So I took a democratic turn. Joined You Tube. I can't entertain people. I failed infinite times, before I learn a thing. I didn't learn anything in my school except I can read english, can't speak. Students of Arts speak English. I didn't want to get a high earning Job when I was awarded a seat in IIT JEE. I learned almost no science there . My name is Vikram Aditya and I am an average no body.

Analysing Problems is like an addiction. Since teachers are forced to focus on the paying students not willing to learn. The idea is since you are admitted to a particular coaching or school, so pay and forget, rest will be covered by smart ladies sitting on the reception. Teachers do not have the opportunity to consider thinking problems in classrooms. Therefore, the role of You Tube oriented independent work is a requirement.
